Improving

outcomes

with organized,
actionable health data

It’s a jungle out there in the world of healthcare information technology.

Health Gorilla is here to help.

Gorillas are powerful and striking, looming large in size and force but gentile in manner. And like all wild animals, they play an important role in the environment —consuming large quantities of vegetation and dispersing seeds to keep the biodiversity of forested jungles healthy and flourishing.

At Health Gorilla, we like to think of ourselves as a mighty force for interoperability, which plays a critical role in our country’s healthcare ecosystem. We are supporting the healthcare industry with technology to enable the exchange of medical information that can then be utilized to improve humankind.

What's Next?

Health Gorilla is an interoperability platform providing permitted access to actionable patient data. Customers use Health Gorilla to improve outcomes, streamline workflows, and create a more equitable ecosystem. Health Gorilla continues to work closely with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) and the Sequoia Project, TEFCA's Recognized Coordinating Entity, as the Framework and Common Agreement are developed to bridge the gap between TEFCA's interoperability goals and the private sector. When applications for QHINs open in late summer, we will be ready.

We recently added social determinants of health (SDOH) to our Health Interoperability Platform (HIP) as the industry as a whole works towards improvements in population health and health equity. Health Gorilla is also moving into new markets such as Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and payers transitioning into the provider space.
